Who Am I?
I’m Rick Taylar.
I spent years trapped in the same cycle I just described. Keto failed. Then Paleo crumbled. And willpower burned out fastest of all. I was terrified of heart disease, diabetes, and dying before I got to live.
The breakthrough came when I stopped fighting my body and started reprogramming my brain. I’d been running faulty mental software for years. When I shifted WHO I WAS instead of WHAT I ATE, the food noise went quiet. Not because I found more discipline. Because I didn’t need it.
After 20+ years as a counselor and coach, I built The Weight Loss Mindset to lead others out of that trap. I lived in that pit, found the handholds, and climbed out.
